The service

Eyre MX Tools provides DNS and email diagnostics, monitoring with alerts, DMARC reporting, domain registration, DNS hosting and related services. Free lookup tools are provided as-is with no guarantee of availability. Paid plans are billed by Eyre Computer as agreed; billing starts once your service is running, and there are no setup fees.

Your responsibilities

You may only verify and manage domains you control. You are responsible for changes you make through the DNS editor — every change is logged. Keep your password safe and enable two-factor authentication; you are responsible for activity on your account. Don't use the tools to probe systems you don't own or have permission to test.

Monitoring and alerts

Monitors run on a best-effort schedule from our Australian infrastructure. Alerts are delivered by email; delivery of email cannot be guaranteed by anyone. Monitoring is an aid, not a substitute for your own operational care.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, which may give you rights we can't exclude), the service is provided without warranties, and our liability for any claim is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the fees you paid for it in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss caused by DNS changes you make, missed alerts, or third-party registry and network failures.

Fair use and termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (excessive automated queries, illegal content, spam). You can close your account at any time; we can end free services with 30 days' notice. Domain registrations remain governed by auDA / registry policies.
