What we collect: your email address and password (stored hashed); domains you add and the monitors you configure; monitoring results and DNS change history for your account; DMARC aggregate reports that mail receivers send about your verified domains (these contain sending-server IP addresses and counts, not message content); and standard web logs (IP address, pages visited) kept for security.

What we do with it: run the service, send the alerts and reports you asked for, and invoice you. We don't sell or share your data with anyone except the suppliers needed to run the service (domain registry/wholesaler for registrations, Google reCAPTCHA to keep bots out of the forms) and where the law requires.

Where it lives: on Eyre Computer's own servers in South Australia, with encrypted backups. Lookup queries you type into the free tools are processed transiently and rate-limited by IP.

Your choices: you can delete monitors, domains and your account at any time (account deletion removes your data); you can ask us for a copy or correction of your data at sales@eyrecomputer.com.au. Complaints: contact us first, or the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
